Tipperary County Council is partnering with a number of organisations to stage an Age Friendly Expo this week.
The free event will be held at the TUS College Campus Thurles on Thursday 22nd June 2023 between 12 noon and 3 p.m.
The public are invited to visit at any time to learn about Positive Ageing supports in Tipperary.
There will be a wide range of information stands and presentations with Social dancing and light refreshments also available.
Tipperary Age Friendly will support community groups registered with Tipperary PPN, that wish to arrange transport to attend the event with a small maximum grant of €200 to offset the transport costs.
The Community Group arranges their own transport and must confirm this with Age Friendly Community Staff and then claim the grant after the event. Contact Age Friendly Tipperary at 0818 06 5000 or [email protected]
