Uisce Eireann is investigating reports of water outages in the Thomastown and Mough areas near Golden.
The area has suffered several outages in recent weeks.
Residents are also frustrated that their supply is now coming from a borehole in Thomastown, since June 2nd, which is a hard water source.
The customer’s preference is to be supplied from a surface water source via the Rossadrehid Water Treatment Plant.
Uisce Eireann is asking that customers contact them directly to report outages as they say they need to have the customer details to assist in investigating.
