Tipperary Musical society have revealed details for their 2024 production following their AGM last night. The group will stage Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein next year – a comedy.
The musical will be delivered by an experienced and talented team lead by Producer Paul Norton, Choreographer Stephane Browne and Musical Director Mary Rose McNally.
The show will be staged at the Tipperary Excel Centre from Feb 12th to the 17th 2024.
Later this month the acclaimed group will travel to the AIMS 2023 Awards in Killarney (June 16 -18).
The group has been shortlisted in four categories – Best Programme Jason Ryan, Best Male Singer Derek Ryan, Best Female Actress Madeline Blackwell and Best Chorus for the entire ensemble.
In addition, Tipperary Musical Society are supporting Stephanie Browne nominated for Best Choreography with Nenagh Choral Society and Paul Norton nominated for Best Director with Galway Musical Society.
