Cashel is to host a major obstacle course race on June 10th. The event was held in Cashel in 2022 and was a major success. Conquer The Castle, is organised by Red Bull and features hundreds of thrill seekers from across Ireland taking on the gruelling track which includes 20 obstacles over a 2.5km course.
The competition is open to males and females over 16 years of age. Competitors will take on the course in waves, with the first group setting off at 10am, as remaining groups follow suit every hour, before the last of the six running groups heads out at 3pm. Each competitor receives a personal time for their completion of the course. The event is being completed on one day this year with prizes for the first three in the male and female categories. Entries are still being accepted for the Conquer the Cashel Race.
