Tipperary Garda continue to use their roadside device to detect disqualified drivers on the road. The Garda Mobility App allows Garda to instantly check the current status of all Driving Licences.
The App was used by the Tipperary Roads Policing Unit monitoring the M8 Motorway to detect a disqualified driver using a tractor to transport heavy goods. Garda seized the Vehicle and the driver will face court charges for driving while disqualified.
