Youth Work Ireland Tipp Town Youth Project is to hold a Talent Contest.
The contest is aimed at those aged between 13 and 18 years of age. All types of talents are welcome to take part. Entry to the contest is free but a prize of €300 is available for the winner. There are also prizes for 2nd and 3rd place.
Those interested in taking part are asked to book a place for one of the semi-finals – arranged for May 18th and 19th at 7.30pm in the Gallery Space of the Excel Theatre. Successful contestants will progress to the Grand Final to be held in the Simon Ryan Theatre on Friday May 26th – there is an admission charge for the audience for this event.
Organiser Lisa McGrath, Youthwork Ireland says magicians to dancers to musicians to actors are welcome to take part. Individuals and groups are eligible to take part.
