Tipperary Gardai are warning people about the change in tactics by criminal during the brighter evenings as daylight robberies increase.
Local Crime Prevention Officer says robberies are more likely to occur between 10am and 2pm rather than at night during the Spring and Summer months.
Tom O Dwyer says it’s important to lock doors and close windows before heading out.
People are also being reminded to remove valuables and secure their vehicle at all time.
