Part of the building recently completed a substantial refurbishment funded by Enterprise Ireland under the Regional Enterprise Development Fund (REDF) and Tipperary County Council, and the company is currently fielding enquiries from prospective new tenants. The Tipperary Digital hub is linked to the national hub network via the ConnectedHubs.ie platform. This provides a one-stop-shop for hubs throughout Ireland.
A second phase of the refurbishment and modernisation of the building is now being planned in partnership with the Tipperary Town Revitalisation Task Force.
