Water supply will be disrupted in the Cahir area today.
Works planned for yesterday in the Cahirabbey Upper, Cahirabbey Lower, Tipperary Road and adjacent estates were deferred until today between 11am and 3pm.
Repair crews from Uisce Eireann had to divert to work on a major leak on the other side of Cahir yesterday that impacted customers in Rathkeevin, Clerihan, Poulmucka and Clonmel.
Uisce Eireann (formerly Irish Water) is advising customers that it may take 2 – 3 after the completion time for water supply to fully return.
