Cashel Lions club are seeking nominations for the Cashel Person of the Year 2023. Individuals or clubs can make a nomination but it must be done by March 10th
The annual event has been running since 1987 and is intended to recognise a person who has contributed to the social, cultural, sporting, artistic, spiritual or community life in Cashel during the last 12 months. Nominations can be made by email to [email protected] or can be given to any member of the Cashel Lions club. The nominator will also get to meet the independent panel of judges to discuss the contribution made by their nominee. Last year a double round of awards were made to cover 2021, when the Cashel Person of the Year was Mark Fitzell and 2022’s winner Johnny Fogarty.
