Gardai in Tipperary have seized a car after the driver was caught speeding on the M8.
The Roads Policing Unit stopped the car after it was spotted travelling 145kph on the motorway.
It was also discovered, using the #MobilityApp, that the driver never held a driving licence and as a result no insurance.
Gardai says court is to follow for this motorist.
