Gardaí in Tipperary have seized a car from a driver who had a Learner Permit for almost 35 years.
Tipperary Roads Policing stopped the car in Killenaule last week after an ANPR alert for no insurance and tax.
It was then discovered the driver held a learn permit from 1988, which was never renewed
The force says court will follow for this motorist.
