The Circle of Friends Cancer Support Centre is to host a service that supports people affected by cancer in their 20s, 30s and 40s this weekend. The centre is inviting people to come along and learn about the operations of YouCanIreland.com The charity provides advice via it’s website, a closed Facebook Group and occasional in person events such as on Sunday.
The Circle of Friends Cancer Support Centre in Tipperary Town is located in Knockanrawley – Eircode E34 XD51 and those interested in attending are asked to register in advance by calling 062 33550/087 341 2600. The event on Sunday will begin at 12 noon and run until 3pm – a light lunch is also provided. The event will offer conversation, relaxation and yoga for those that are interested. The service offers people the benefit of the experience of others in dealing with their cancer and a supportive social connection.
