The National Lottery has revealed the list of counties with the biggest scratch card and high tier wins in Ireland. County Tipperary comes in second place on the list behind only county Dublin. As the most populous county Dublin records 78 players winning high tier prizes worth over €4M. The Premier County records 21 winners sharing a total of €2, 270,000 in high tier prizes. Third place in the list goes to County Kildare where 13 individual winners secured €1,475,000 in prizes. Counties Louth and Cork round out the top five counties based on prizes won.
