A major planning application has been submitted in respect of Dan Breen House in Tipperary town. The application is a part 8 application where the council is the applicant for the development to repurpose the building on Davis Street as a youth and further education training centre. The existing buildings will be used and a new extension is also proposed as is the demolition of the existing red brick extension. 10 car parking spaces and 2 EV charging points will be provided.
The plans are on display in the Council offices in Tipperary town, Clonmel and Nenagh and on the council website. The plans can be viewed until the 3rd of February and the closing date for submissions is Monday Feb 20th. There is no fee to make a submission on a Part 8 Planning Application.
