Emergency services attended the scene of a collision on the Galbally Road just outside Tipperary Town last evening. The collision involved 2 cars and occurred between Tipperary Town and Kilross in an area known as Ballinalard.
Two people, both drivers, are understood to have sustained injuries that are not life threatening. The injured people were a young woman and man in his 60s. There were no passengers in the vehicles. Two ambulances and the Tipperary Town and Cashel Fire service were at the scene. The road is open this morning.
