Status Yellow Fog Warning In Place For Tipperary

Met Eireann has updated it’s weather warnings as the cold snap brings some disruption to air travel. 

A Status Yellow freezing fog warning is in place from 4pm today until noon tomorrow for all of Ireland.

Patches of freezing fog are expected, causing potentially hazardous driving conditions.

There is also a status yellow ice warning in respect of frost tonight as temperatures are expected to drop to -4 degrees.

This warning is valid from 7pm tonight until noon tomorrow Some flights out of Dublin airport are cancelled or delayed today due to issues de icing aircraft.

Passengers are advised to check with their airlines directly for up-to-date information on their specific flights.
