Tipperary will be under a status yellow low temperature and ice warning from late tonight.
Met Éireann says there’ll be a sharp to severe frost with icy surfaces, as temperatures widely fall to – 4 degrees Celsius leading to hazardous conditions.
The weather warning is valid from 10pm until 10am tomorrow.
The county is currently under a yellow ice warning until 12 noon today.
It follows a weather advisory being issued for the country early this week.
