Over 40 tractors lit up in Christmas lights in aid of South Tipperary Hospice.
The event began on the old Dublin Road outside Cashel with many heading into the heritage town, then it was on to New Inn and finishing up in Cahir at 6pm.
The Christmas lights were officially switched on in Cashel and Cahir this evening.
Santa Claus led the way into Cahir Town with a huge crowd gathering to watch the tractors go up Castle Street.
Santa will return on 10th & 11th from 2-6pm before heading off to prepare for the big night.
Also in Cahir there’s the Christmas jog on Saturday 17th at 9am.
The McFaddens funfair will be held in the mart until Monday 5th December and afternoon tea in Cahir House Hotel on Dec 18th in aid of Tidy Towns.
