Tipperary Excel Cinema screenings will go ahead tonight following repairs to the projection system.
There have been no films screened since last week at the Tipperary Town Cultural and Arts Centre.
The disruption added to the difficulties at the location due to on ongoing issues with the heating system.
The Excel says this can only be resolved by a technician who unfortunately cannot undertake the work until November 21st.
The centre posted a message from the Board of Directors, management and staff on it’s social media pages to “sincerely apologise to patrons that had endured the cold.”
The message asks intending patrons to wear warm woollies if attending the cinema and says management appreciates the customer’s understanding.
Tonight’s movies are at 7.30pm Bros, at 7.45pm The Banshees of Inisherin and at 8pm Barbarian.The Excel has also announced that this year’s Annual Christmas PJ Party will be held on December 18th at 6pm.
