A local music student is waiting to hear the results of her audition for The Voice Kids competition in the UK.
Alanna Manton, from Cashel, has been involved in music for quite some time and is a member of the Rockwell Music Academy for 5 years.
She has won various Feis and other competitions.
The Academy received a notice about the competition and Alanna submitted an application via video.
She was subsequently invited to a live zoom audition and then finally got invited to London for the next stage which was a live audition in London last Saturday morning.
Now Alanna is waiting for the judges’ decisions but either way- it’s a marvellous achievement and experience for the young Tipperary lady
