Tipperary Garda Roads Policing unit is reminding drivers to never drink and drive.
Tipperary Garda have shared an image of a car that was badly damaged last night after it crashed into an ESB pole and fibre junction box.
Gardaí in Thurles arrested a male on suspicion of Drink Driving after his vehicle lost control.
The driver has been charged to appear at Thurles District Court at a later date.
Additionally, Garda from the Roads Policing Unit have seized two cars from drivers earlier today.
The first was intercepted in Thurles, because the driver had no insurance or tax.
The second vehicle was seized in Templemore as the driver had no Insurance, no NCT, no Tax and the driver was actually an unaccompanied Learner driver with no L-Plates attached to the vehicle.
