Owners or occupiers of property in Tipperary Town are invited to an Information Session to be held on Tuesday 25th October at 6pm in Tipperary Excel Heritage Centre.
The event is arranged to provide information to potential applicants on the new Streetscape Enhancement scheme which is initially focused on Main St and Bank Place.
The Council is now seeking expressions of interest from owners or leaseholders of eligible properties on Tipperary Town Main Street and Bank Place who wish to avail of funding under this scheme.
Expressions of Interest Forms should be submitted on or before 8th November 2022.
There are 8 different categories of funding available ranging from €500 to €4000 and if an applicant applies for all categories the maximum grant to improve the appearance of their building will be €8,000.
Applicants will be notified by the end of November 2022 whether their application is successful or not.
Any work undertaken prior to this notification will be ineligible.
Applicants approved funding will need to have all works completed and grants claimed from Tipperary County Council by 31st July 2023.
