Garda from the Tipperary Roads Policing Unit seized a Volvo in Thurles yesterday.
Garda investigated the car and driver using the Garda Mobility app and a visual check.
The driver did not have a driving licence.
In addition the car did not have an NCT and the insurance and Tax discs on display were photo shopped documents.
The Insurance had expired in 2021 and the tax in 2020.
The driver will now face court proceedings.
