Tipperary Roads Policing Unit intercepted a red Audi in Nenagh today following an alert on the Mobility App.
Garda confirmed that the driver did not have insurance, road tax or a current NCT.
The driver was a learner driver and was driving unaccompanied with no L Plates on the vehicle.
The vehicle was seized and a court appearance is now pending for the driver.
