Tipperary’s newest lotto millionaire has yet to claim their prize from the National Lottery.
It follows last Friday week’s (August 12th) EuroMillions ‘Ireland Only Raffle’ draw.
The winning quick pick ticket worth €1 million was won by a player from the county who purchased their ticket online or through the National Lottery App.
The winning raffle code is I – NBX – 75295.
The National Lottery says there’s less eagerness compared to when it’s won in a shop as they have details of the winner.
Fran Whearty, Communication Executive of the National Lottery says the person may be taking their time after getting a shock of winning the amount or they’re unaware of their new fortune.
Mr Whearty says the person would have been notified of their win by email and is encouraging online players in Tipperary check their email account.
The National Lottery will likely make contact with the winner this week if they person doesn’t make contact with them.
