Tipperary consumer are being advised to check a number of products following an urgent food recall.

Dunnes Stores says a batch of its Oyster Cut Irish Chicken Thighs was “mispacked with raw chicken breast on the bone”.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) says the error means the cooking instructions on the label are incorrect.

The product’s approval number: IE 803 EC and Use-By date: Aug 18th, 2022.

Meanwhile, Avoca is recalling a batch of its Thai Red Lentil & Vegetable Curry because it was mispacked as Thai Red Chicken & Vegetable Curry.

The FSAI said the use-by date on the packet is also incorrect as it states Aug 19th when in fact the use-by date passed on Aug 15th.

Ella’s Kitchen meanwhile is recalling batches of its Kitchen Banana and Vanilla Bread Pudding baby food due to “Possible Microbiological Contamination”.

The FSAI said the product may be unsuitable to eat and people are advised not to feed the implicated batches to children.

The batch codes are L192 and L193 with best before date: 04/23/2022.
