A new coffee truck is to operate in the Market Yard in Tipperary Town starting next weekend
The business name is “Good Vibrations” and is led by two experienced local people that presently operate a college trading space in Dublin during the academic year.
Good Vibrations offers speciality coffee from a micro roastery in Dublin, a selection of non coffee drinks such as teas and hot chocolate alongside healthy protein balls and vegan treats.
The business is run by sisters Joanne and Maria O’Meara and will be trading in the Market Yard on Fridays and Saturdays as a Summer pop up business.
It opens on Saturday July 30th at 8.30am and will operate until 3.30pm and be present every Friday and Saturday until the end of August.
The owners say the project is about a lot more than a coffee truck – “it’s about bringing people together as they offer an energy of joy, connection and community.”
