A Co. Tipperary housing development is seeking planning permission from the local authority.
If given approval the project will consist of 11 houses located in Knocknaconnery, Greenhill Village, in Carrick on Suir.
The construction would include 2 storey dwelling units consisting of 4 no semi detached 3 bed units, 1 no 3 house terraced unit of 2 & 3 units and off street car parking.
The council are expected to make a decision on the plan permission by September 8th.
