Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a collision on the N24 near Kilsheelan.
The collision involved a car and occurred at approximately 3:20pm yesterday.
A man aged in his late 30s was taken from the scene to Cork University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
Anyone who may have witnessed this collision or those with dash cam are asked to contact Clonmel Garda Station at 052 617 7640, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
