Clonoulty/Rossmore are the West Senior Hurling Champions for 2022.
Willie Ryan Chairman Tipp Co-Op presented team captain Dillon Quirke with the O’Dwyer cup after Clonoulty/Rossmore defeated Eire Og Annacarty on the scoreline of 1-20 to 19 points .
Clonoulty Rossmore have now completed a historic seven in a row of West Tipp Senior Hurling Titles.
History was also made in the Mid Tipperary Senior Championship with JK Brackens from Templemore winning the title for the first time defeating Drom and Inch on a scoreline of 19 points to 1- 15.
Captain Tom Murphy accepted the Cup from Joe O’Sullivan.
Carrick Swans are the South Tipp Champions defeating Mullinahone on a scoreline of 1 -21 to 1 -17 and Nenagh Eire Og are the champions of the Northern division defeating Kiladangan on a score line of 2 – 20 to 2 – 18.
