A new mental health and listening support service is to begin in Tipperary Town next week.
C-SAW will now meet weekly at the CJ Kickham Band Hall on Davis Street on Mondays between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
The meetings are open to all – those who may feel lonely or seeking support can call.
People in need of additional support will be directed to a suitable service.
The service is aimed at providing peer support for people with experiencing loss, depression, anxiety or seeking to reboot their well being.
The service is free of charge and all are welcome.
The group is encouraging people to call in for a cuppa and chat.
