Gardaí are investigating two separate burglaries and are warning of bogus workmen in the Tipperary Town area.
A caravan park office in Aherlow was ransacked and a sum of money was taken overnight on Friday. (June 24th)
Meanwhile Tipperary Golf Club was broken into at around 4am on Saturday (June 25th) where a sum of money was taken and significant property damaged occurred too.
No arrests have been made in both incidents with investigations ongoing.
Gardaí in Tipp Town are also warning of bogus workmen calling to homes in the town offering to carry out work.
It comes after a resident was approached by men offering a powerwashing service.
The person was charged a high price for the service last Friday morning (June 24th) and a number of items were stolen including garden tools.
Gardaí are encouraging people to not open their door to strangers and to report any suspicious activity.
