A MICA campaigner from Donegal is urging homeowners who are impacted by the mineral should make contact with their local TDs.
Paddy Diver is making the comments as the Premier County remains out of the MICA redress scheme, it follows the inclusion of Clare and Limerick last week.
MICA is a mineral that allows easy access to concrete blocks which leads to cracks and crumbling of blocks.
Mr Diver believes changes are needed to the redress scheme including the testing of foundations for MICA and providing easier access to the funds.
