Three Co. Tipp Clubs Recieve Major Funding Boost

The government  has announced that €6.14m has been allocated to 108 different applicants nationwide  following the conclusion of the appeals process for the 2020 round of the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme. Three sports facilities in County Tipperary were successful in their appeals.  Clerihan GAA Club were allocated a sum of  €20,870.79.   Cloughjordan FC secured  €75,781.82 for it’s  Astropitch Development and related machinery. The third and final sum was €13, 178 allocated to  the Mill Road Riding Club to upgrade and upscale equipment and facilities at the Tipperary Equestrian Centre on the Mill Road in Thurles.
