Irish Water are still working to restore water as quickly as possible to the Ballinure and surrounding area.
The supply disruption follows a burst to a water main on Wednesday.
Repair works were completed on the water main in Ballinure, however, as the network began to refill, another burst occurred in Greystown.
An alternative supply is being made available in Ballinure Village and Laffansbridge, Killenaule.
Meanwhile a burst water main in Ardfinnan has been repaired and residents’ water supply should have returned now.
Customers are reminded to use their own containers when taking water from the tanker and to boil water before consumption as a precautionary measure.
