A county councillor says concerns have been raised with him about speeding and a lack of road markings in a village in West Tipperary.
Fine Gael’s Declan Burgess says road markings near the bridge in Ardmayle village have faded and are not visible.
While cars are driving towards the bridge at excessive speed.
Councillor Burgess says he’s raised the matter with the local authority.
The council have appointed a contractor to refresh the road markings in Ardmayle Village.
Mr Burgess says important drainage and repair work are to be carried out over the next few weeks.
