Water outages are to be expected in the Cahir area for the next few hours at least due to a Mains Pipe burst at Ballyhickey/Kilmalogue area. Cllr Andy Moloney reports that a repair crew are on the way to the location. The outage is expected to affect a large area for some time today.

Repairs to a burst water main may affect supply to Glengoole North, Glengoole South, Killeens, New Birmingham, Mellisson, Ballysloe, Crabb, Clonora, Crossogues, Kilrush and surrounds from 8am until 3pm today
