Tipperary County council has confirmed to TMWR that 4 council buildings in county Tipperary will be lit up in blue and yellow in support of Ukraine on the 24th of each month while the war is ongoing.
The 24th was chosen as it marks February 24th when the conflict began.
The buildings to be lit in blue and yellow are the Fire Station and Civic offices in Clonmel in addition to the Municipal District offices in Carrick on Suir and Tipperary Town.
Civic Offices in Nenagh and the Municipal District office in Thurles do not have the facility to light up their buildings for specific occasions.
