Gardaí are appeal for information following a hit and run incident in Cashel over the weekend.
The incident occurred on the Cahir Road south of Cashel at approximately 1am on Sunday morning.
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and subsequently hospitalised for what are believed to be non life threatening injuries.
Superintendent Eddie Golden of Cahir Garda Station has shared that Garda believe the vehicle involved is a saloon type car.
Garda are also using CCTV & dash cam footage that might help to identify the vehicle which is thought to have left the scene of the incident near the Dairygold premises and headed towards the motorway.
