Gardaí are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred on the Cahir Road in Cashel in in the early hours of this morning.
The collision occurred at approximately 1am when a car collided with a male pedestrian (30s).
The pedestrian was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital for treatment.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The road is closed to carry out a technical examination of the scene.
Local diversions are in place.
