An Garda Siochana will have a mobile office visiting Tipperary towns this week in a bid to attract new recruits.
The force is seeking applicants with as diverse a range of backgrounds as possible to represent the current makeup of Irish society.
Today the office was on Main Street Tipperary and it will visit Nenagh, Clonmel, Thurles and Cahir in the coming days – usually for the time period of 10am to 4pm.
The current recruitment campaign will close at 3pm on March 16th.

Sergeant Hilda Moloney was on duty in Tipperary Town today and says members of the Syrian Community recently visited the Station to get a better understanding of the operation of policing in Ireland and to assess if the role was a potential career for members of the Syrian community.
At the moment the Tipperary Division has officers from Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.
