A status yellow wind and rain warning has been issued for Tipperary.
Met Eireann says heavy rainfall is expected on Tuesday night and Wednesday possibly turning wintry in places, it will be accompanied by strong to near gale force and gusty southerly winds.
The weather warning is valid 10pm tonight until 3pm tomorrow.
This will lead to hazardous driving conditions and localised flooding.
