Tipperary is being upgraded to a status orange weather warning for tomorrow.
This warning comes into effect at 5am tomorrow morning until 11am on Friday.
Severe and potentially damaging winds, gusting up to 130km/h are forecast.
The local authority will be making relevant decisions for the the county heading of Storm Eunice.
