Gardaí have detected a number of offences during a Multi Agency Checkpoint in Roscrea yesterday.
Templemore Roads Policing Unit along with the RSA and Customs discovered a car driver who tested positive for cannabis.
While a lorry was found to be overweight and a number of tachograph infringements were also found.
The force says proceedings are to follow.
