Over 20 homes are to be construction in Fethard following planning approval by the local authority.
The project involves the construction of 22 residential units consisting of 10 semi-detached 3 bedroom units, 8 semi-detached 2 bedroom units and 4 one bedroom own door apartments
It will also consist of the development works which include roads, footpaths, underground services, boundary treatments and connection to existing services.
There is 22 condition attached to the approval of the application.
