The road between Tipperary town and Lattin has reopened.
The R515 had been closed, following a collision yesterday morning involving a vehicle and a motorcyclist, to allow for a forensic examination by a Garda Technical Team.
One person has hospitalised and remains in a serious condition at Cork University Hospital.
Garda in Tipperary town are appealing for witnesses or drivers who may have dash-cam footage to make it available to them by calling on 062 80670.
