Nearly €4 million has been allocated towards the restoration of roads in North Tipperary,
In total €3,990,18 is being provided as part of an announcement made by Transport Minister Leo Varadker.
Of that, the county council will be able to use €1,197,275 at their discretion for works such as emergency repairs, by transferring this amount to the Discretionary Grant.
In addition to this, a Drainage Grant of €72,727 has been ringfenced for the constituency.
The funding has been made available as part of a €42 million nationwide allocation announcement.
