Rent prices in County Tipperary fell last year the latest survey by property website Daft.ie has found.
Nationally the average rent rose by 2.2% but in County Tipperary rents fell by 2.3% to average €569 per month
Rents rose strongly in urban areas, including Dublin where they were up by almost 5%. Rents in Galway rose by 2.3% and in Cork by just under 2%
