Tipperary Town is again towards the bottom of the list in the latest Irish Business Against Litter report while Cavan, Kilkenny and Longford were found to be the least littered towns in Ireland.
Dublin's North inner city was the worst on the table, described a "Litter Blackspot". However, Tipperary has again done poorly, coming third last, but escaping the "Litter Blackspot" status being described as "Moderatly Littered".
Clonmel fared better at 16th place described as being cleaner than European Norms.
None the less, the Chairman of IBAL, said that while Tipperary is well back in the league table it is and improvement on last year. View the full results here.
